Salesforce - First Time UX
The hypothesis: We believed that across the business, we needed to take a moment and review and improve the first time user experience and setup process for our customers, primarily those without paid for assistance, such as a marketer in a small to medium sized company. Ultimately leading to less customer support enquiries and a better CES across all the clouds and studios.
Responsibilities: User Research, Prototyping, User Testing, UI Design & Delivery Support.
